Send Aid to Neverwinter - Master of Coin Icon Inconsistent

The icon used to indicate that the Master of Coin has a 'special event' quest for the player only appears if there are no other quests available from the NPC.
With only the Send Aid to Neverwinter quest available the following appears:

If other quests are also available from the Master of Coin the following appears:

The use of the new quest icon is implemented incorrectly and either should be eliminated (just showing the blue icon) or should dominate the possible indicators (which probably requires that the quests are listed in a different order).
