The masterwork materials (that you removed) could be used for guild hall decoration. Since you left the decoration recipes there, you should also keep the materials available (the lesser crafts, such as Cashmere, used for carpets).
Any plans to adress the issue? Putting them back? Puting them on a guildmark vendor?
There was no reason not to have lesser crafts available anyway. The crafting materials should be tradeable via account bank. Sending emails with only 5 items is tedious.
