Can't have progress in Echoes of Prophecy Part 1

Just to be sure, it's not a bug that we can no longer have a progress in Part 1, right?
If so then whoever designed it that way did a poor job.
I was hoping that completing old weeklies will be able to have a progress, like in other campaigns.

Correct, you can only Progress in Part/Epi 1 with Premium pass now only.

"The Premium Pass allows you to complete milestones beyond the dates stated above (Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 10) until Echoes of Prophecy ends on April 30. After that date, no more progress will be available for anyone as the campaign will go away."

Unless you've bought the zen item for the premium rewards, you only have a month to complete each portion of event. Part 1 could only be completed in October, Part 2 for November, and Part 3 for December and part of Jan. Buying the premium pass lets you have until April 30th. This event is similar to Redeemed Citadel, with the exception that there is an end date even for premium pass holders.

I was curious about that - if you get the premium pass now after milestone one has ended, does the premium pass:

1. .. let you complete progress on past milestones? in the case of robai above, getting the milestone now would let him achieve completion for milestone one, or would it only apply going forward?

2. .. allow you to claim the premium rewards on past milestones? or does it only let you claim rewards on active milestones going forward?

since the weekly giveaway was a 50% zen market voucher, I feel like it would be a good discount if you are interested in getting the premium pass.

(I assume that there is a timer/expiration on the 50% zen market voucher - could someone tell me how long is the timer?)

I assume you can earn for the first milestone if you buy the pass. However, I am not 100% certain.
There is a timer on the 50% voucher. Check yours.

I can confirm that if you buy the premium pass, you can claim the premium rewards from the previous milestone. I bought mine on the 4th, and was able to claim everything from the first milestone.

I cannot confirm nor deny whether it retroactively unlocks the ability to make progress on previous milestones; I had already completed the first milestone before purchasing the pass.

I used the 50% off voucher on the premium pass - too good to pass up.

ugh right - yeah I forgot that you cannot apply a discount to an item on sale.
