New loadout glitch

This morning my loadouts stopped working in the middle of VoS. I tried the "apply to all loadout" workaround and that didn't work. I tried unequipping and re-equipping everything and that didn't work either. I can equip items directly from my inventory, but I cannot equip anybrunestones in that gear.

Please help.

    I have been stuck in my healer loadout AGAIN for over a week now. All the usual fixes have not worked this time. Only other way to fix it would be to retrain but for the moment that is not possible with all the bugs that have appeared with the latest patch. Thankfully my heal loadout can kill things even though it takes forever. This bug has been around for a long time. It's frustrating and annoying having to retrain virtually everytime it happens if you can't find what triggered the bug.
