Feats notification not appearing on screen

There used to be a notification message on the middle of the screen telling You when an specific feat like the Paladin`s "Baneful Strikes" or the Barbarian`s "Relentless Speed" was activated. Said message doesn`t appear anymore so I will put a step by step incase this is a bug and not intended

How to perform:
1-Log in with Justicar Paladin
2-Have the Feat "Baneful Strikes"
3-Slot the at-will "Oath Strike"
4-Start hitting multiples enemies with "Oath Strike" until "Baneful Strikes" proccs

Observed results:
Baneful strikes proccs but not notification message appears on screen

Expected results:
A notification message should appear in the middle of the screen

I think they removed a lot of them on purpose but not 100% sure. I put in a bug thread a while back because 2 master boons for cleric were not showing as notifications, after that a dev said they were removing all of them to "reduce screen clutter". I protested strongly, didn't make any diff. Later on I noticed that the pocket pet central screen notification (when you trigger a new buff) stopped happening also. So all in all I think they have a policy to remove these which is horrible imo. They were put there for a good reason.

They moved them appearing to a setting in the Options menu that was defaulted to off; then never added when it was supposed to be; which was when Bard released on Live.

They've completely ignored it since, every time it's brought up.
