Collections (mounts) - Not working

Been testing and reporting (individually) account wide mounts (legendary) and non of them seem to be registering in collections whether, obtained, claimed or used (or re-claimed).
Handful of test subjects that are not registering
Legendary Adolescent Deepvrow
Skeleton Steed
Runeclade Manticore
Legendary Carpet of Flying
Legendary Hellfire Engine
Emperor Beetle
Volcanic Flail Snail
Armored Axe Beak
Armored Bulette
Imperial Rage Drake
Tenser's Flaoting Disk
all legendary account wide.
EDIT: After further testing, SOME, of them trigger collections when actually mounting them. Some don't.

Hello again,
I appreciate the response.
Upon checking, I found out that other players are affected as well. Also, our Lead GM encountered the same report so the issue should've already been relayed to our Development team for investigation. If you have the time, please also share your experience on the Neverwinter forum to increase the issue's visibility and so other players can pitch in their ideas or feedback on your post.
