Dragonborn Brawler Missing.

I've always been meaning to bring this up and keep forgetting. The Dragonborn Brawler companion is missing from the Wondrous Bazaar on PS4. It's collection screen says that's where we get it from and it's in the PC WB but missing from the console. Why is that?
