Gith Race Unlock

I bought the Gith Race Unlock pack that has the unlock for the Gith Race and a race reroll token for 500 zen but I can’t open it. It gives me “Unable to complete transaction (reason not specified)” I have logged out and logged back in a couple of times and it still is not working.
