Bree Underleaf is Broken

Her dab hand NEVER triggers . Rng is bad but 15% to receive double items and not get it to trigger in well over 200 tries ?
Please fix , as some of my alts only have her as a jeweller.

    Yep , she never has her artisan perk proc . Another 200 crafted and never procced

    Are you making end product or material? Dab hand does not double end product. If you were making material, it means it is a bug in console. In PC, Bree Underleaf gave me double on my first try.

    Guessing that’s an end product so WAI ?
    Says chance to receive double when recipe is completed, I am not seeing any other stipulation. I know you know what you are talking about , so I guess it’s WAI.
