Professions - Workshop Retainer doesn't have Steel Ingot for sale (sort of a Wonders of Gond issue)

Steel Ingots are not available to buy from the Retainer with the Material Exchange Credits.
It should be in the 24 credit tier with Silver Ingot and Siltstone Whetstone materials.
I did notice Steel Ingot was also not an option during the last Wonder of Gond event, so maybe it has just always been missing since the Material Exchange was created...
