Graphical issue with unique ground visuals/targeting graphics.

Since the fixes for recent graphical issues (pop ins, textures not loading, artefacting etc) there have been several noticeable issues with graphics that should display on the ground but no longer do.
This does not seem to effect standard AoE/targeting graphics, ie. Yellow Targeting markers used by most Powers but ones that are unique in some way.
The main one I have noticed is with the Barbarian's Avalanche of Steel Daily, the targeting graphic does not display on the ground during the aiming sequence. If done next to a wall, you can see the targeting circle in a skewed form, which bring me to the next point/what I suspect may be the issue.
In addition and where I think the issue may lie; when activating the Infernal Forger's Box item, the graphic that usually appears on the ground (the pentagram) now appears halfway up your character model, tilted at a 45 degree angle.
If this is not WAI, which I suspect it is not; I think the graphics may have been skewed and will need to be looked at as these are just 2 examples and I suspect there may be many more.
