Call of the Storm animations not shown with enchantment

I have posted about this before, and I thought since nothing was done yet I'd post once more. The Call of the Storm daily for Wardens does not animate the lightning bolts when in ranged stance and with an enchantment slotted. I removed it, it worked as usual - then I put it back, it didn't show again. I went to farm runic corruptions recently, and it seems that it animates inside the corruptions with the enchantment - like it was supposed to - I suppose there's some small logic bug somewhere that isn't displaying it in regular play with the enchantment slotted in. I think you could fix this flaw in no time! Thank you!

Sorry actually when i was farming runic essences it was with a weapon that didnt have an enchantment slotted in - thats why i saw the lightning in ranged. So just a correction.
