Neverwinter set not equipable....

Are others have this issue? I bought out the new season to acquire this set, and i cannot equip the artifact.

    The following issues are expected to have a fix in an upcoming patch:
    Players unable to claim rewards across all characters of an account after purchasing the buyout. This issue occurred if rewards were claimed in an order other than left to right.
    Players below level 20 unable to speak to Kavatos after receiving the quest "A Subtle Curiosity". Once the fix is live, Kavatos will be rearranging his meeting schedule to accommodate all players with this quest.
    Neverwinter's Standard Artifact cannot be equipped at the same time as Sparkling Fey Emblem.
