Can't switch loadouts on OP

Hello,
I have been having this issue since the update that introduced the bard. When I switch loadouts on my OP, 90% of the time I am unable to switch back. This is problematic since I have a loadout specifically for tanking and one for dps. I can almost always switch to the dps loadout but cannot switch back to my tank loadout. This sucks because I can't run dailies or anything using my dps build because I am afraid of not being able to switch back to the main purpose of my tank. I have already gone through all the steps suggested by the support team and was told to bring my problem here. Note: This has also happened to my friend who is a DC and is now trapped on her heals loadout unable to switch to a dps loadout. Thanks for the help.

I have already done all of that as well as using 2 retraining tokens on my character to attempt to resolve the issue.

Probably the safest long term thing to do is place all doubled up companions, mounts and gear into the same slots on all builds. It's a pain, but until they fix it there aren't many other options (if any).
