Selecting the Quest Path icon de-selects the HUD display checkbox in Journal

Expected Behavior:
Quests in Journal that I want to display in the HUD have been checked (the right-most box). When I want to activate the path for that quest, I click on the Path Icon (diagonal yellow thing to the left of the checkbox) and the path appears and the quest is moved to the top of the HUD list. If I select the path for quest2, quest2 will move to the top of the HUD list and remain checked. If I select quest1 again, quest1 will move to the top of the list but quest2 will still be listed on the HUD if there are less than 4 quests (because it is still checked).
Actual Behavior:
When I have quests checked to display in the HUD and select the Path icon to show the path, the checkbox state is reset to remove a check and the quest is moved to the top of the HUD display. If I select the Path Icon for quest2 it is displayed at the top of the HUD and the first quest is no longer listed because it has no checkmark.
Checkmarks manually applied should remain applied regardless of the state of the Path Icon.
