Escalating Might and Escalating Torrent bonuses not work after nerfing

Duration of buff from these bonuses doesn't update after hitting enemy when player has 20 stacks of this buff. So player always loses this buff after 10 seconds even if it strikes enemies.

How to replicate: you need to equip any item with this bonus (for example "Wristguards of Precipitation") and hit any dummy with any At-Will for some time. Expected result: you will have 20 stacks of buff all the time. Real result: you will lose buff every 10 seconds.
