Mark of the Seneschal can be lost donating to Stronghold

Hey, found a glitch that can cause people trouble.
The Mark of the Seneschal, needed for quests in Vallenhas, now comes up as a donation option for surplus equipment in the Stronghold.
Could you please set it to not show up for donation, so people don't lose it and thereby bug their quests, incursions, etc in the Vallenhas area?
