Artisan Mitra Lashgari - Level 55 and missing Proficiency/Focus stats from Tooltip

There are several profession artisans that were overlooked when Mod 21 changed the max level to 20. One of them was Mitra Lashgari the Armorer. Please review *ALL* the Tooltips and settings for the profession artisans and correct those that still show pre-mod21 stats or are missing some of their stats on their Tooltip.

I have also noted several occasions this week where the list of applicant artisans included the same artisan twice (taking up 2 of the 4 possible choices). I thought that was fixed a year ago?

What happens when you tried to use lvl 55 artisan in any task?

The issue here is with the 'Tooltip' or Artisan information displayed at the desk when the decision to hire is made. Without complete information the user is unable to make an informed decision without consulting external sources. That is what I am requesting be fixed.

I went back to the character/Artisan days later (I had run out of morale the day I reported this) and the Artisan did function 'correctly' even though they were level 55. Fortunately they were almost finished with XP for that level, and switched to level 14 once a few parts were made.
