I can not get to Quorthon. I have the quest path but the NPC is not there.

The quest path continues to appear but when I get to the end there is no one there. I tried to log out and back in but no luck for a reset. I can't finish the adventure with out it. Can anyone help?

    If you had completed the zone prior to mod 21 and are going back to do skipped quests, you can find him outside the Cathedral of Madness.
