Fiendish Charmer Pack Can't open and change status

Hello @noworries#8859 ,
I would report Fiendish Charmer Pack that we are not able to open, and if you try to open then the pack will become BOUND ACCOUNT, so no more tradable or sellable (if would that). It is the pack where you can get Succubus or Incubus, one of the best debuffer companions as summoned,

This bug was discovered by console players that they reported time ago.
