Unable to choose Mount Power during Training Day quest

If the player has *not* chosen a mount power and is doing the 'Combat Basics' portion of the Training Day quest, they are locked out (choose button is greyed) from selecting a mount power during the quest.
Exiting the room/platform allows the player to select a mount power and restarts the Combat Basics portion of the quest.
