After Patch STILL no Artisans

I signed on with my affected character (Bard) on Xbox. Did a blessing then ported to the workshop. No Artisans available. Exited Workshop and went to claims agent. Absolutely no artisan pack or anything remotely like that at the Rewards Claim agent. Checked antiquities and Promo Agent just in case. Nothing. Since it was "auto opening" I went back to the workshop. No Artisans. Am I missing something or is it still not fixed???

I am going to have to not be able to craft in the Gond event?

And can you please fix the mail icon.

I know you are trying to get these things fixed and I know it was my fault for declining an artisan, but please give us a fix for this. Thanks.

    I also have an affected toon. I had started a new barbarian and wen to the reclaims agent and there was no Artisan pack.

    I keep checking everyday and there is no artisan pack ad I cannot progress in the quest. I accepted 3 artisans and rejected one before we were told not to. Is there a fix planned or am I just never going to be able to craft?
