having trouble attaching awareness jewel to equipment. same for armor kits?

On ps4. Is this bug happening for you on PC? What about armor kits? I am noticing in description 'required level of 35' which is likely another oversight by Cryptic.
Would be nicer, simpler, and superior if the required level would be removed.

    No. At least, not last time I tried when I first saw console players reported the problem not too long ago. Yes, the tooltip of level of 35 still exists in PC. It worked (works) in PC.
