Wxplain the XP Progress Bar To Me

I am not quite figuring this out. Is it account wide? Like if I work on something with one tune and he acquires XP to move the bar and then I switched to another character will it carry that progression on so I can clean my reward or is it character bound which ever one starts the day I guess?

    1. There is no more XP.
    2. The "progress to next reward" is not XP. That progress is per character. All my characters have different progress percentage if it is not 0.

    Yeah that’s what I meant the progress bar OK so every character has its own . thank you very much
