Bards Unable to Interact with the SH Outfitter

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
My guild and alliance noticed that their Bard toons were unable to interact with the SH Outfitter. He doesn't have the coins above his head to indicate he's a vendor or anything.

    Yes, same for me on xbox. Also Manto-Derith clothing says bard but when purchased are for rogue only.

    This is still a problem and needs addressing. There is a limit to guild currency on a character and, with no way to redeem it, this is a problem.

    Can we please get an update from the devs as to if or when this issue will be addressed?
