No Vistani Gear/Gear from Undermountain?

When completing the intro Quest to Barovia and to Undermountain none of the gear given with that finishing quest is provided. Even if it isn’t best in slot plenty of players have come to know these for at least the appearances. And being decent till better gear can be gotten from Avernus. Was wondering if they would be making a comeback (as in purposefully removed) or if this was a genuine bug which is why I reported it here. I would love to hear more on this missing my Vistani appearance for my Bard or any new characters I make, same with Undermountain. (This gear is shown under collections which means it is in existence in the code.)
