Thank you for your patience.
Sad to say, the issues with your appearance items will require development time from departments outside of Customer Support and cannot be immediately resolved by a Game Master. I encourage you to follow up by submitting another bug report about this issue.

2. Appearance change items are not showing up in inventory. I have added numerous items and they are just not there. I was told to submit a bug report over a year ago and did but have had no resolution. Please help me. I have appearance change items in my inventory and you may try for yourself. I give you full permission to do so.
