Elemental Evil - progress disappeared

I had the campaign completed pre mod 21.
After logging in I saw, that Minsk in PE had a ? above It´s head. I clicked on him an took the yellow speech option.
Can´t remember what the text was, but after that, the part in Elemental Evil with the water (sorry, don´t know the english name) was set to
zero. I can´t claim the rewards and I have to do all quests of that part again.
The other three parts, fire, earth, air are still completed.
That´s not the end of the world, just a tiny bit annoying.
