Seal of Adventure - Conversion blocked based on old limit

The maximum Seals of Adventure limit was raised from 1200 to 3000.
The maximum seals of Adventure I can create through conversion is 100
Then *why* am I getting a warning that "You are nearing the limit of the Seals of Adventure, spend some first" when I would be >1000 seals from the new limit?

Please update the seal exchange tool so that the trigger for the error message/warning is only when reaching 3000 seals after conversion. The warning should be in the pop-up sliding display anyway and not the base interface.
