Bait and fishing

Fishing is broken. Cannot switch bait no matter where fishing at.

    I think some bait can only be used in certain areas. Which area are you trying to fish in and what bait do you want to use?

    Leatherjackets and glow worms for the Soshenstar. Krill and whatever the base bait is for SoMI. When you're in a position to fish, the bait is automatic for that zone. You can't try using the Soshenstar bait in SoMI. Only other fishing spot is Lonelywood. That doesn't require bait. Just the task.

    I have krill and cannot use it in SoMI. Will not let me change from lugworm. I was told by a GM to post it here when I thought it was only my character affected.

    In PC, in SOMI, one tab, lugworm. Another tab, krill. Another tab, back to lugworm. Another tab, krill.

    On PC, in SOMI, it does not work for me. I have 186 krill and cannot switch from lugworm. I was instructed by a GM to post it here when I requested help because I believed it to be just my character. If you actually tested it since I posted and it works for you, I will go back to emailing them letting them know my character is bugged.

    used to have that problem. for me I just had to make sure I actually had both available as the default is lugworm and when I did not have the lugworm available it somehow used the krill as the lugworm and would not let me make use of the tab key to change the setting so that it would use the krill as krill instead.

    If you have no lugworms in inventory, when fishing in SoMI, the tab icon will show lugworm. If you look at your buff bar, though, it does show you have the krill buff.
