Protectors Garden Access Key

- at least 2 of my characters lost access to the garden, tested it today
- a character that had access before, and 5 keys stored in the bank, lost ALL keys when entering the garden today

So much for the problem is fixed regarding to some patch notes not that long ago...
Good grief, make the bloody access an account wide unlock if you can't fix the problem properly!

Personal bank or in shared bank?
They had that losing key problem when the key was in personal bank before. Hence, I keep the garden key in shared bank. If yours was in shared bank, it means all my character should not go to the garden for now.

Well, they were in the personal bank, but funny thing about that, i never lost even a single one until they "fixed" the problem... normally the key would only be used up, when it was placed in the characters inventory.

No issues with 15 characters before, they could go in and out of the garden after unlocking it with their keys, and the ones in the bank weren't touched. I later moved my extra keys on one character, and those were also just fine in the bank.

Created 2 Bards with the new module, and when going into the garden with my Cleric, that had access to the garden before, the extra keys in his personal bank were suddenly all gone.

When I said "before", it was long time ago (years). Hence, I have the habit to keep the unused garden key in the shared bank for "just in case" for years.

Well, got the usual answer from the support, Devs have to fix it... yeah... right... requested to elevate the ticket to a GM that can replace the garden keys i've lost.
