DPS: Power or Combat Advantage?

If I have power and combat advantage at 50%, which stat will improve my damage more if I raise that stat to 90%?

They should give you pretty much the same improvement. Only diffrence is, power works all the time and combat advantage only when you have it.

Bear in mind that stats give increasing less percentage per point once you get past about 60%. It's not really noticeable until after about 75% though but is a reason to look at the balance.
