Which is better..
70% power and 50% outgoing heal -or-
50% power and 70% outgoing heal

Both have the same deminishing returns when going up but you can keep your power lower so you can buff it with consumables n stuff

OGH is very hard to get, so get it where you can but if you have a choice of +3.8% OGH or +7.5% Power; choose Power.
