Strange +17% difference using Mount power

Hi i just did some tower of the mad mage runs and i noticed that one player (rogue) with 5% dmg and 5% crit, 5% accuracy overloads did +17% my 'tunnel vision' damage.
This is related to max hit in 2 runs.
Are 5% dmg overload bugged?

    No, cause i dont have any of them and i cant test how much % it is giving.
    Seem like someone trow his debuff artifact just once in all run and i didnt get it..
    May be Wild Storm Hunter that havent procced the 11% Ca in time......
    May be a feat that its giving % of damage on his 'tunnel vision', may be a bugged pet giving 10% damage (i got minsc On for bossfights)

    I dont really know, just seem weird =)
