Broken loadout - Not related to pets/mount issues

Found another issue that locks out loadouts.

On my Warlock I have 2 dps loadouts and a heal loadout. I have 2 different "The Red Eye's Glare" rings. 1 for heals, 1 for dps with different enchantments. I can fully setup my loadouts but as soon as I add those 2 rings to their respective loadouts it breaks loadouts and I can't swap anymore.

The game won't allow 2 of these rings at the same time. I had my rings in swapped positions between my heal and dps loadouts and it was blocking the loadout change. Took some more time, re-arranged so they stayed in the same slot(Left ring) and can now swap between all 3 loadouts using 2 of the same ring with different enchants.

Short version, if you have 2 of the same orange rings in your loadouts. Make sure they go in the same ring slot or it will bug your loadouts.

I imagine this is kind of related (sort of) to how if you have an item on one belt slot on a timer on one loadout (for instance pocket pet in my case also happens with the wand of wonders when I've used it but had to stop for this reason) and have it in another belt slot on another loadout and try to change loadouts while it's counting down on the timer it will not let you change loadouts. Gives you a notice you cannot unequp this item on cooldown even though the item is still equipped, just on a different slot. It should swap over to the other slot and just stay on the timer. Really it should just swap the loadout regardless (even if the item cooling-down is not in the other loadout at all) and when you return to the loadout with the item on cooldown it should take-up where it left-off, same as it does when you change characters back and forth or quit the game and when you return to that character, all the things on timers are still on their cooldowns and continue from there. I know this ring thing is a different issue, there is no timer and it's not a belt slot, but it is a slot nonetheless and one item in one slot is being prevented from moving around to a different one when loadouts are changed. As in your case, the only way you can continue using the same item when it's on cooldown and you want to change loadouts is to have it in the same slot on the belt on both loadouts.
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

This is still, as I wrote in the mod 21 bug section, a game autocomplete issue.
The game requires exactly the same items in the same place.
Better to feed the troll than listen to the idiot .

Thx rockster, I def forgot to mention that there is no error message or anything. It fully appears to swap loadouts, only it does nothing :)
