I am a returning player. And did the first half until level 11 alone and after that I found a random Paladin Player.
The new player experience is really good and gets way better after level 11 where the class opens up and gives you way more options and in addition to that gets also better with other players because you blast through the level phase.
The whole process feels really good. You see a lot of Neverwinter. Rewards pile up. And in general I had a great time and have a new main character, my Gith Bard.
What I want to report is a "bug". You grant an additional slot for a loadout via a 100% off Zen Coupon, but you shifted the loadout service to the Astral Diamond Market, making the 100% off Coupon useless.
