Bug with utility boons of stronghold

The combinated rating of any utility boons doesn't apply until you swap this boons for other, for example, if a have mount speed bonus, i need to change it to another one like treasure hunter and go back to mount speed bonus for apply the combined rating, and when i change instances o enter a dungeon, i have to do it again.

    update: only treasure hunter boon give combined rating and only this boon fix all other boons
