REDQ/RTQ not giving seals of the wild after mod 21

Seal rewards icon constantly changing for RADQ and RTQ since mod 21. Got Seals of the adventurer instead of Seals of the wild after completing the queues, even though the daily or weekly caps for Seals of the wild had not been reached. Contacted support and while they admitted there might be a bug, the issue has never been resolved.
