1. Equip one peace of gear with such bonus(es)
2. Wait or don't die for 17 minutes
3. Profit. You'll get +6% more damage for melee, ranged or backstab (depends on your equipment)

This explains why sometimes I has 2 stacks from the same ring

I wonder if the 2nd stack really works. I can see it in buff bar but i haven't noticed increase in my damage ...
