Wizard Shield Encounter Issues

shield: form a shield equal to 30% of your max hp. when the shield is depleted or when it is recast while still active, it explodes outwards & pushes enemies.
1. shield is not equal to 30% hp, it appears to be about 15-20%
2. If a paladin shields a wizard with an active shield, the paladin's shield will stack with the wizard shield; however, the shield pulse effect will not proc when the shield is depleted or when the shield encounter is recast. It basically just cancels the power.
3. If another shielding/temp hp source overrides the wizard shield (for example, barbarian shaman temp hp), the power is cancelled, and recasting shield will just apply a new shield and won't do the pulse.
4. Wizard shield being overridden does not count as it being depleted, and so the pulse effect never fires.
