Vallenhas - "Restore the Devil's Hold Glyphworks"

Is anyone else having trouble with this quest?

I'm doing it for the first time on an alt. I've got "Find a Pick in the Ruins" stage marked on my map, but when I go out there, I can't collect the pick. I know exactly where it should be - I've done this on other characters.

I've abandoned the quest several times, even logged out of the game, and that hasn't helped. I still can't progress on the quest. Anyone else seeing this?

The pick seems to always spawn in the same spot when repeating the quest, but I had to search for it too when I came back with an Alt for the first time. Try behind the ruined wall towards the top of the search zone (near where the minor heroic encounter happens).

The spot for the first time quest and the spot for the repeated quest are different.
The first time quest spot is with the wall on one side and the cliff on the other side. If you are looking for it in the spot with 4 walls, you are in the wrong spot.

Yeah, it's on the very outer wall that runs around the edge of where the minor HE appears. Jump the wall and circle around until you spot it.
