Summer Festival - Summer Celebration - Summer Feast contest

At three different times on three different alts I participated in the Summer Feast as the last of the 3 events needed for credit for the Summer Celebration quest. In all three cases the character is clearly displayed on the leader board activated with X. So, I know the system knows I got credit, but when I go to the event quest giver, Summer Celebration is not shown in red. I did both Corn and chickens.

When I leave the instance and go to PE, I get the Quest Complete banner at the top of the screen. When I go back to the Summer Festival instance, the quest giver correctly shows Summer Celebration in Red and complete, so I can received my reward.

Please look into the code for the completion of the tasks for Summer Feast and verify that all listed leaderboard entries set the quest to 'done'. Thanks.

It is probably lag related. The daily quest advances if you're simply in the summer grounds when the contest ends, even if you didn't participate. A few times this year, it didn't actually update for a character until I gathered a petal drop in the kobold area. Presumably the server just doesn't notice sometimes until you do something, in your case by leaving the zone. In my cases it was the petals.
