Refinement and insignia drops

None is dropping! From mobs, chests, mimics, etc.. This should be pretty high priority!

    They definitely got their hands on the drop rate, it seems crazy, but they can't do anything right. Thing that goes well, thing in which they put their hand and screw it up.

    This is a known bug, since everyone is Lv20.. all the mobs in campaign/non leveling zones are still "Lv70-80", loots/RPs only drop with mobs 7Lvs away from you.

    I think we were wondering why they don't fix the issue; anyway thanks for sharing a possible reason why this is happening.
