Mount Tokens on PC but not console

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I play on both PC and Console and on PC today we got a 50x Mount Upgrade Token pack at the Claims Vendor but the same didn't show up on PS4 today. Not sure if Xbox got them. Was this on purpose or another time where we on consoles get screwed some?

    Is this free gift scheme? Believe PC are on week 2 of 20.

    Consoles are getting the same 20 weeks of free gifts when mod 21 drops I believe.
