Not receiving Saha Ticket Ball

I’ve done a daily quest twice for the free Saha Ticket Ball and just noticed today I never received either one from last two days .
Is this happening to anyone else ?
Alliance members said they were also getting ripped off .
No artisan , no balls , no fun . Ty

    Have to play a saha match for the free voucher. 2 ways to get ball. 1st is to collect and make a ball. 2nd is to play a match once you have the quest.

    Ty , I figured that out !!! So if no Artisan , better play match .

    Yep . I personally hate playing them. I don't ,I would rather miss out then play those matcthes
