Group Healing Potion Bonus only healing for 1/10 of value

Before the increase of healing potions (eg Potion of Healing Rank 10 +1 275k->350k) this boon worked properly.

Since the patch it is broken.

steps to reproduce:
build a party.
Select the boon: Group Healing Potion Bonus (max rank 75%)
Take damage.
Use potion and get healed for 350k hp.

Expected result: party member gets healed for 260khp
What really happens: party member gets healed for 30k hp

I am experiencing the same problem. The boon is pretty useless in its current state due to not healing the stated amount
