A significant portion of your customer base is experiencing an issue and this is the answer we get. This demonstrates an incompetence that I thought you had not reached. My expectation was it hurt the player based not helped so no expectation you would be working on the weekend to resolve. This announcement indicated you were but couldn't recreate an issue many many folks were experiencing.
It's getting really hard to stay committed to a game when everyone around you is leaving because of repeated screw ups.

Your business model requires you to motivate your customer to pay money for things they want. But with the constant changes and issues it is buyer beware and angry customers rarely want to spend more money with a company that keeps impacting their enjoyment from an entertainment platform like Neverwinter.
I sincerely hope you hire someone soon that understands the customer experience and sets a tone in your company that changes things for the better.
