Vallenhas instance #1

Something seriously funky is going on in vallenhas. Today counted 49 people at one time on Vallenhas instance #1, which had a soft cap of 15 people before this occured and as to be expected the lag was pretty bad. I have never seen this happen with any instance/zone, so im gonna go out on a limb and say that it is not WAI. Please take a look.
