Blue Dragon Cultists - moving while shielding

The blue power rangers have recently started turning, and walking around, while channeling their shield. I'm assuming this is a bug, as they were always stationary before. This has begun within the past week or so.

I've seen this happen in Icespire peak (outdoors), as well as in the Rothe Valley "Forged in Fire" instance.
