Can't Start/Create Temporary Structures In SH (Solved)

For some reason we can not longer create any of the temp structures in the SH (Recruiter, Tannery, etc). I think it might have to do with all the added stuff in that area for the Summer event.

You can click the sign and bring up the menu but when you hit "confirm" nothing happens.

EDIT: I rebooted a few times and that seems to have fixed it!
